A full month has past since I’ve last shared news on our new office and warehouse space for our business. We’ve worked really hard on transforming the place into a space we love and feel comfortable in. From new floor installments, fresh painted walls, and much more, everything has been a lot of work. I’m happy to say that it is almost complete and ready to show. Almost.

Thankfully deciding on the look and feel of the place was not as challenging as I thought it would be. I was able to draw a lot of inspiration from Pinterest and home décor blogs, and I knew exactly what I wanted. Bringing my ideas to full fruition is another story. First things first, I had to decide on the paint color of the walls. I wanted something light and neutral, which would open up the space and make it feel inviting. Grey was my immediate choice. Did you know that there are endless shades of grey paint? Thanks to Ace Hardware and their excellent service, I was able to pick up a few inexpensive Valspar samples of paint before buying a gallon. I decided on Moon Shot and fell in love. I painted the entire office Moon Shot and it created the perfect atmosphere and look I wanted. I’ve slowly been adding pieces to the space and only need a few more to complete it.

It’s amazing how simply changing the paint color of walls can completely transform an area. I could not imagine leaving the walls its original peachy color. It was awful. I’m so glad I went to Ace Hardware and easily picked out a color to create a space I love to go to everyday. Posted above is a before picture and below an after picture of a small portion of the office. I hope to reveal the entire office by the end of the month.
