Shoes: Mizuno Wave Catalyst c/o | Attire: All Lululemon

Mizuno does it again with their latest debut of the Wave Catalyst. I’ve chosen Mizuno’s as my running shoe for the last seven years and it still remains my number one buy. The Wave Catalyst is the newest addition to their collection and mine. Unlike the Wave Riders and Wave Inspires, the Wave Catalyst are responsive and lightweight making it more versatile for both running and the gym. It provides the support and stability I need, but is not as bulky as the Wave Inspires and Wave Riders. I’m glad to have the Wave Catalyst as my daily shoe, making it possible to run wherever, whenever.
